Terms & Conditions:

  • CHAPERONE POLICY: All guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to Roba Family Farms. The chaperone must present a valid photo ID with date of birth. One chaperone may accompany no more than five (5) guests ages 15 or younger.  Chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain at the farm during their entire visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay. 

  • All season passes purchased are non-refundable and good for the 2026 season only for Roba Family Farms and Lakeland Orchard & Cidery.
  • Guests 3 & older require a ticket or season pass.
  • I understand all guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to enter the Mega Maze & Glowing Pumpkin Trail after 4pm.
  • A Season Pass may be revoked if Farm or Orchard rules are not followed.
  • Farm & Orchard crop availability is weather dependent and may change at a moment’s notice. Roba Family Farms and Lakeland Orchard & Cidery will not issue refunds in the event of crop failures or shortages.
