Our Operating Hours for 2026 are as follows:
During Tulip Festival we are open Thursday through Sunday from 10am to 9pm.
Once Tulip Festival concludes, we'll be open Thursday through Sunday from 10am to 6pm through September 17th.
From September 18th through November 1st, our hours expand to Thursday & Sunday, 10am - 9pm and Friday & Saturday, 10am - 10pm.

Everyone ages 3 or older require either a Day Pass or Season Pass to enter Lakeland Orchard & Cidery. Ages 2 and under may enter free of charge.

Unfortunately, federal regulations prevent us from allowing our furry friends to enter Lakeland Orchard & Cidery.

All of our Rides & Attractions, Live Entertainment, and Live Music are included with your Day Pass or Season Pass. Even the Halloween Light Show!

Yes we do! A great place to get some Gluten Free food is at the Pitt Stop, our BBQ stand with Pulled Pork BBQ, Slow Smoked Ribs, baked beans, and more!

If you'd like to have a gathering at Lakeland, we'd love to have you! Please note: we do not allow any kind of table reservations in the Cider Garden and do not have a designated party area. All tables are first come, first served, so arrive early to secure your spot! We also allow birthday cakes, cupcakes, and small decorations to be brought through Admissions for your celebration. No other outside food or drink is permitted.

You may enter our Retail & Bakery Barn without a ticket to purchase baked goods or merchandise. All other stands are only available when you use your Day Pass or Season Pass.

Lakeland Orchard & Cidery is an outdoor venue which may need to close suddenly due to inclement weather. Unused tickets may be redeemed at a later date if we are unable to open due to weather. Used tickets will not be refunded if we need to close early due to rain or other weather conditions.

Lakeland Orchard has two varieties of Souvenir Cups available for purchase: a Premium Souvenir Cup or a Day Cup. Premium Souvenir Cups are good all Season long within the Season they were purchased and include free refills on all of the drinks and slushies we offer (except for alcoholic beverages). Our Day Cups are good for the day of your visit and allow for free refills on soft drinks all day long (does not include slushies or alcoholic beverages).

Food is not included with the price of a Day Pass or Season Pass and requires an additional purchase.

There is no extra charge for any rides, attractions, or live entertainment at Lakeland Orchard & Cidery! Access to our Mini Highland Cows is included with the price of your Day Pass or Season Pass.

We do not offer "Picking Only" tickets. Everyone ages 3 or older require either a Day Pass or Season Pass to enter Lakeland Orchard & Cidery.

Outside containers are not permitted. We will provide a picking container with your Day Pass, or when a Season Pass Holder redeems one of their 3 Pick Your Own Cards (included with every Season Pass). We sell larger Picking Container sizes for a small fee while supplies last.

Our web site will always display a banner along the top with our most up-to-date Picking Options and Availability. Please keep in mind we grow real produce which are subject to weather conditions and cannot guarantee availability.

Season Passes are delivered via e-mail to the address you provided us during your online checkout. You can access your passes there, where you'll be given instructions to complete registration. Once you're registered, you can download your unique QR code to your mobile device for quick entry at Admissions to either Lakeland Orchard & Cidery or Roba Family Farms.

If you did not receive your Season Pass e-mail within a few minutes of your purchase, don't worry! You can navigate to your recent purchases by logging into your Shop account here or by using the account button at the top of our web site. If you are a mobile user, please click the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top left hand corner, click account, then navigate to your purchase. If you need further assistance, please contact us using the form on this page or through our AI chat assistant.

Season Passes apply to individuals ages 3 and older and do not apply to families, couples, or groups. Anyone age 2 or younger may enter free of charge.

Season Passes expire in the year they are purchased at the end of our operating calendar, usually in the first weekend of November.

You can absolutely send Season Passes as a gift! Following your purchase, you'll receive an e-mail to register your Season Passes. You'll find step-by-step instructions to transfer a Season Pass to someone else in that e-mail.

Season Passes include 3 Pick Your Own Cards, which can be redeemed to receive one in-season picking container during your visit. For example, if you redeem a Pick Your Own Card during Strawberry Festival, we'll give you a picking container to fill with fresh U-Pick Strawberries during your visit!

Buddy Passes can be used one time per Season Pass to bring a friend through the Gate with you free of charge! Think of it like a free Day Pass. The Season Pass Holder must be present in order to use a Buddy Pass. Buddy Passes are not interchangeable between Lakeland Orchard & Cidery and Roba Family Farms. Buddy Passes include everything that comes with a Day Pass, including a Pick Your Own container!

Season Pass Passports function in two ways. First, they include all of your extras and goodies as a Season Pass Holder, including your Pick Your Own Cards, Buddy Passes, and Super Fun Bundle. Secondly, they serve as a way to collect Festival Stickers each time you visit during a new Festival. The more Stickers you collect, the greater your chances at winning tiers of great prizes at the conclusion of the Season! Prizes include Season Passes for the following year, merchandise, and much more!

Season Pass Holders gain access to exclusive Sneak Peek events before we're open to the General Public! You can find the dates of each Sneak Peek on our Operating Calendar, available on the Festivals page or pinned to the top of our Social Channels.

Yes! The Halloween Light Show is included with your Day Pass or Season Pass. No additional purchase is necessary.

We do not sell tickets for just the Halloween Light Show. Everyone who rides the Lakeland Express must use either their Day Pass or Season Pass to ride.

The Halloween Light Show is a family friendly, never scary experience designed for all ages to enjoy. Think of it more like a Christmas Lights ride with Halloween scenes.
